While the most important person on this website is definitely you, I seem to be obligated to tell you something about me!

As a life-long, self-employed businessman and REALTOR® since 2000, I know what it takes to ensure a smooth real estate transaction; hard work, dedication and loyalty to my clients, knowledge, and effective communication. As New Hampshire native I know the lakes, the Lakes Region, and the lifestyle you are probably looking for. I’d bet that you are probably looking for a little more laid back and easy life style, especially if you’re moving here from other parts of the country. I currently reside in Gilmanton with my wife Maureen and our two girls, Zoey and Shelby. (They are Doberman Pinchers—our kids are long gone!)  I enjoy boating and I love the lakes. I have a passion for everything with wheels especially motorcycles, classic cars, and NASCAR.  I collect antique gas pumps. Yes, I know, that is strange.  I can’t wait until football season, or to go to a warm tropical island, I enjoy good restaurants, and love to look at great homes. So if you like any of these kind of things, we’ll have plenty to talk about!
