The Havens

The Havens at the Summit is a relatively new community overlooking Paugus Bay and Weirs Beach and will feature a total of 70 custom-built homes. Directions:

The Havens at The Summit is located on White Oaks Road in Laconia and is just an hour and fifty minutes from Boston. From Interstate 93, take Exit 23 bearing right off the exit (east) on Route 104. Follow Rt 104 to the end at the lights in Meredith and take a right and head South on Rt 3 towards Weirs Beach. Continue through the Weirs over the bridge and bear left up the hill. Turn 1st right onto White Oaks Rd and then 1st right into the Havens at the Summit.
