Gunstock Mountain Resort

Gunstock Mountain Resort is located on Route 11-A in Gilford right in the heart of the Lakes Region.  This mountain offers great family style skiing with fantastic views of Lake Winnipesaukee from the summit. Gunstock has a vertical drop of 1,400 feet offering 51 trails with the longest run being about 1.5 miles.  There are trails to match everyone’s skill level. The mountain has seven lifts including a high speed quad, one quad, two triples, a double, and a conveyor for the beginners slope. There is snowmaking on 80% of the 220 acres of trails to ensure that you have plenty of the white stuff to enjoy.

Gunstock is open for night skiing on 21 trails and has 50 kilometers of cross country and snowshoe trails. And for a real thrill that will take you back to when you were a kid, try tubing at the Thrill Hill Tubing Park,  NH’s Longest Tubing Run! For all you snowboarders, you can try all your radical tricks at Phelps Progression Park.

There is a cafeteria along with the Powder Keg Pub in the main lodge, a Sub Station in the Stockade Lodge, and the Panorama Pub up at the summit to keep you and the kids fueled for another run.
