Waterville Valley

Waterville is one of the areas most popular ski resorts. Waterville Valley Resort has a vertical drop of 2,020 feet from a summit height of 4,004 feet. There are 52 trails with the longest run being 3 miles. There are two high speed quads, two triples, three doubles, and five surface lifts providing a total skier capacity of 14,867 per hour. Snow making covers 250 acres of trails. Cross country fans will find 40 miles of groomed trails with breath-taking views of the scenic White Mountain National Forest. There are six parks and pipes to test your snowboarding and aerial skills on. As with all resorts, there are rentals and repair facilities available. Hopefully, for the skis, not you.

There are plenty of après ski facilities and places to fill up your tank at this resort. You’ll find six eateries spread out from the base to the summit.

To get to the Waterville Resort take I-93 to Exit 28, take a right on Route 49 and follow it all the way up to the resort.
