The easiest way to reach us from I-93 is to take Exit 23 and turn right off the exit onto Route 104 East. Take it to the light at Route 3 where you turn right, heading south for about a mile. My office located at Roche Realty Group is on the left at the entrance to the Grouse Point gated community.

You can also reach us from Laconia by taking Route 106 (starting out as Main St and turning into Parade Rd) all the way to our new “round about” in Meredith at the intersection of Routet 106 and Route 3. Bear right onto Route 3 south and we are just over the hill on the left.

If you are at the Weirs, follow Route 3 north, go past Funspot and the Tamarack Restaurant (unless you need lunch), and you’ll see us on the right.
