Info: This lake is laid back and quiet! Except, that is, at the one sandbar that is party central on weekends. Winnisquam is our third largest lake and with a length of 5.4 miles, a width of 1.7 miles and average depth of 52 ft it is big enough so you don't get bored yet small enough to keep the big speed boats and yachts away! You'll find mostly pontoon boats and boats up to 21' or so on this lake. You'll find public beaches in Sanbornton, Laconia, and Belmont.
