Well, if you are on this page, you undoubtably came from Craig's List!

So why did I bring you here?  The main reason was to find out if you are a serious buyer or not.

If you are looking on Craig's List, you seem like you must be fairly serious about finding a home hopefully right here in the beautiful Lakes Region of NH!

Some of you may just be poking around just for the fun of it and that's cool too, but this is all about helping serious buyers finding their dream property and getting a good deal!

Obvioulsy, I am a REALTOR® but I personally have looked for property in many other parts of the country!  I know a lot of buyers like to try and find something themselves and stay away from agents until the last possible moment.  Most of you are afraid of being hounded by an agent. Some of you just feel like you would be bothering an agent because you're not quite sure of what you are doing. I know this because that's the way I feel when I am looking for a home! Well, forget about that with me!

I also know and have found out from personal experience, that you don't find the home of your dreams or a good deal by just looking at Craig's List. It's just not going to happen. It's too confusing out there unless you have a guide.
